As a special education attorney, I will fight for your right to appropriate services in the public school or private school setting. When collaboration is likely to be effective, I support parents in navigating the complexity of the school system and advocating on their child's behalf to find the most appropriate supports and services that will meet their child's needs.

I am available to meet with parents to review their rights and discuss the most common evaluation and recommendation processes. We will cover the topic of academic support through at-risk services. We will also explore pathways to ensure the protection of civil rights for families who have encountered roadblocks or who are considering a private school placement.
I work with attorneys and consult with school districts who need an expert opinion on special education evaluation and placement matters, whether it is to avoid a lawsuit, or assist a parent attorney in a pending lawsuit or administrative proceeding. I work with attorneys and consult with school districts who need an expert opinion on special education evaluation and placement matters, whether it is to avoid a lawsuit, or assist a parent attorney in a pending lawsuit or administrative proceeding. I will work to achieve what is right, fair and in the child's best interests, with the goal of finding a win-win solution.
I strive to stay up-to-date in my understanding of the issues that most engage the field of school psychology, and maintain a current membership with the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP).
