Expert Reports and Testimony

After an initial consultation, if I am retained as the expert, I will make myself available to perform any or all of the following functions on an hourly billable basis:

• provide a consultation to review the file and offer a general opinion as to the matters I would encompass in a formal expert report;
• prepare a formal expert report;
• testify in a deposition or other pre-trial proceeding;
• testify at trial
